These people who tote around gallons of water each day, drinking even when not thirsty, are overdoing it. At some point, your kidneys can&#039;t keep up and your blood gets diluted. As usual, people hear &quot;water is good for you&quot; and get extreme, drinking gallons like it is some sort of magic elixir that will cure all ills. J</description>
